Holiday and Seasonal Programs

Jointly sponsored by Saint Vincent de Paul Catholic Parish, Kingdom House and Guardian Angel Settlement Association, this program coordinates the “adoption” of 750 families and 500 seniors for food, clothing, and gifts during holiday season. Programs such as Thanksgiving dinner celebrations, Easter basket distribution, school supply provisions and other seasonal needs are met through various activities throughout the year.

Health Awareness Programs

Working with Mercy Network and the Family Care Center, blood pressure and other health screenings are held on a regular basis to assist those at risk to remain aware of their healthcare needs.

Tutoring Program

This program is centered on helping at-risk youth develop social skills and to work at the same education level as their peers. Tutors meet with students year-round.
